The Calgary Real Estate Board is expecting stability to return to the housing market in 2023 after two years of record growth.
“Our market is not as bad as what people might think it is,” said Ann-Marie Lurie, chief economist for CREB.
Calgary experienced a price correction following the 2014 oil price crash, which is buffering it from the major corrections being seen in other markets, such as Toronto and Vancouver.
